Breaking Dawn

My copy of Breaking Dawn arrived yesterday and I just finished.  I'm so glad there was resolution!  I loved it.

Last night I told Wayne, "I just don't see how they can make a movie as good as this book. Their Edward and Bella would not be what I see, and would just make it
less real ."  LOL!  I love this series.  I'm sure I'll read through it again, but for now I'll recover my neglected house, whip up a pasta dinner, and get back to my "small but perfect piece of our forever."1

You make me want to read a book!

I hardly ever read because I'm not one who is able to put a book down, but I finally caved and started reading the series just recently. Don't tell me what happens, I'm about to start Eclipse and then I have to track down a copy of Breaking Dawn.
Weird side note...I was having a hard time picturing characters in my head so I checked out what the cast of the movie looks like. I think the guy they cast for Edward is so ugly! Maybe it's just me...

Good to know it's worth reading. I've been debating...

I am reading my copy right now and loving it! The guy they got for Edward is not how I pictured him at all, but he also played in Harry Potter, so I'm willing to give a try! I'm glad Emily broke down and is reading them!

I just bought my copy of the first book last night at B & N, we each got a book to celebrate 15 years. Yup, yesterday was 15 YEARS!

I liked this book, but I liked the first one the best I think. This seemed to be "too" resolved in this book, and a little too unrealistic even for a series about vampires and werewolves. Still a really read though! I know that I'll read it again (once I get it back--I've lent it out).

I loved the series too. It's so good to finally know how everything resolved.

Isn't this an epidemic? People are crazed for the series everywhere! I've even convinced John to read them, and he just finished BD tonight! Can't wait for the movie, but am a bit apprehensive as to how they might "ruin" it compared to my preconceived ideas. So far, though, the trailers look good! - Marrianne
