Somewhere I saw a yummy February mobile made of gingerbread hearts. Ama sent the kids heart cookie cutters for Valentine's Day, so we got started today baking (here's our fav gingerbread cookie recipe)....
Wesley heard me say, "Don't throw the cookie cutters."

We had fun rolling dough, eating dough, cutting dough, & eating cookies....

The girls hung their cookies at the foot of their beds and are going to eat a cookie a day as they countdown to Valentine's Day. Thomas put his cookies in one of his mini storage buckets in his desk. We hung Christina's cookies on her bulletin board...surprise, sis!

Happy Valentine's Day!

That's such a cute idea! For some reason, Valentine's Day has snuck up on me this year, so this would be fun for us to do to get in the groove of V-Day. Thanks!
Great idea!
And BTW, Wes is looking more and more ADORABLE! I need him!
Happy Valentine's!!!
How fun! You make awesome memories for your kiddos!
Don't you love those scalloped cookie cutters? We've been cutting out our pb&j and quesadillas with those this week...everything hearts! Fun countdown idea & cute pics!
Wesley's covering his sweet face! I guess he knows what happens when things are thrown, they get thrown at you. Give that sweet boy kisses and I love the Valentine's idea. So cute!
Wesley was throwing the cookie cutters across the kitchen. He covers his face when he's embarrassed, shy, or busted:) This was pretty classic Wesley and I kiss those chubby fingers on a daily basis...love, love. After this photo, he stopped throwing the cookie cutters across the room and started putting them in the flour container. The boy loves playing in flour!
Cute idea and I love what you've done with your photos! So cute.
What a delicious idea!
